Agree 1000%. Relentless determination is how you signal to the universe that you really want this, so it will then know to line up the circumstances to bring it about. The only thing I'd add is that, for me, one thing I've come to realize over time is that a lot what I had thought of as "failures" were actually my programming having convinced me I needed to do a given thing in order to progress, when in fact it wasn't necessary and the thing itself was never anything but a distraction.
